By using the Cleanest-Oil.com website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

While we make every effort to ensure all information on this site is correct unfortunately mistakes can sometimes occur. If you have purchased something incorrectly based on an incorrect image or description we will of course refund or replace the item as necessary. If we have made a pricing error we will contact you for authorisation before anything is sent.

When placing an order the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. If you need your order to be delivered to a different address please complete the additional delivery address field during Checkout. We never disclose customer information to any third party.

Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this site. Whilst we endeavour to know all products on this site, it should be noted that product descriptions, performance and suitability are purely subjective and are based on information provided by manufacturer or supplier.

Cleanest-Oil treat all personal information and relevant payment details safely and in confidence. Secure Servers using encryption technology ensure it is almost impossible for any third party to access information stored by us. Once a payment has been authorised all payment information is immediately and permanently removed from our servers.

We reserve the right to change our prices immediately as necessary such as a change in tax rate or if there is a major change in the value of currencies, which could affect some imported items. Payment will only be taken just prior to us despatching the goods.

We accept payment using our Paypal webtrader account only.

Delivery times

We use an insured and track-able delivery service. When goods are despatched a confirmation email will provide details on delivery method and tracking information.

Delivery time is from the date of despatch and not the date of ordering. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with all parcels requiring a signature. If there is no one at home to receive the delivery a card will be left detailing re-delivery instructions.

If an order is placed before 2pm we will despatch the same day (Monday-Friday). Subject to stock availability.

Stock Levels & Out of Stock Items

We try to ensure products always remain in stock, but sometimes if popular or during supply delays a product can sell out. In all cases, if an item is out of stock we will provide our best estimate on an expected delivery date. If this is unsatisfactory please inform us that you wish to cancel your order.

If we only have part of your order in stock we will hold your order until we are able to send out a completed order, however, if you choose, we will send goods out as soon as possible in multiple drops subject to shipping costs.

Specific Delivery Date Requests

If you are ordering goods for a holiday, event, or as a gift for a birthday etc, please inform us at Checkout in the 'Notes' field so we can make every effort to meet this important deadline.

Mainland Europe Delivery Charges

Prices are quoted inclusive of delivery for mainland Europe. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

International Deliveries

For all International destinations you will need to contact us at for an individual delivery quote based on destination and weight.

Returns - Incorrect Deliveries

If we send an item that is different from what is listed on your invoice we will of course make an exchange to the correct item and pay your postage costs for returning the incorrect item to us. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Returns - Faulty, Damaged or Broken Goods

All goods purchased from Cleanest-Oil are covered by a full warranty. The normal duration is one year from purchase. The product warranty usually covers manufacturing defects, but will not cover crash damage, abuse, poor maintenance and general wear and tear. Should a product develop a fault within the warranty period please contact us to discuss possible solutions.

If you need to return the product to us for inspection, please ensure:

Normal Returns

We are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, were incorrectly ordered, are damaged or faulty or even if you've simply just changed your mind.

It is not necessary to contact us before you making a return, but please complete our Returns Form fully to ensure we have all the necessary information relating to your return.

All returns may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge to cover the original postage costs and processing the return. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.

Cancellation and returns policy

You have the right to cancel your contract within seven working days of the receipt of the goods. This cancellation must be notified to Cleanest-Oil in writing or by e-mail. If you cancel the contract within seven days of the receipt of the goods you should return the goods to Cleanest-Oil at your expense within 30 days.

You are required to return the goods in the original packaging and should take reasonable care of the goods. A full refund (less postage) will be issued by Cleanest-Oil within 30 days if the goods are received in resaleable condition. If the goods are not received in resaleable condition, Cleanest-Oil reserves its right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.
